老人对于区位环境的要求往往是决定其选择的*因素。从调研访谈的结果来看，老人对养老公寓位置选择的主要观点有以下两种：
The requirements of elderly people for location and environment are often factors that determine their choices. From the results of research interviews, it can be seen that the elderly have two main views on the location selection of elderly care apartments:
①偏爱近郊或城里，方便就医和探望

在问及养老设施的区位条件时，不少老人都表示“*好要离医院近”。许多老人都会经常到医院就医、取药，对养老设施和医院之间交通便利的依赖性很强。通常来讲，大部分条件较好的医院都位于城里，许多老人因此不愿选择远郊的养老公寓。部分老人的子女也认为不能把老人送到太远的地方：“工作太忙，不方便看望”。

Therefore, most elderly people hope that the facilities are good and can be around 30 minutes to 1 hour away from the city center by car (taking big cities as an example), which is convenient for going to hospitals that are frequently visited in the city and for children to visit frequently. Some elderly people also expressed that it is acceptable for the facilities to be located in remote suburbs, but they should try to be as close to the main transportation roads as possible to ensure a convenient connection with the city.

环境优美是老人对养老设施的进一步要求，在美好的风景中安享晚年是许多老人的理想。然而，大部分城里的养老设施景观资源有限，通常只有到离城市略远的郊区才可能有好的环境。调研过程中，也有少部分老人并不特别在意养老公寓的远近，表示“环境好、空气好*重要，*好能有山有水，孩子们可以开车来看我”。
A beautiful environment is a further requirement for elderly care facilities, and enjoying one's old age in beautiful scenery is the ideal for many elderly people. However, the landscape resources of elderly care facilities in most cities are limited, and it is usually only possible to have a good environment in the suburbs slightly away from the city. During the research process, a small number of elderly people did not particularly care about the distance of the elderly care apartment, stating that "a good environment and good air are important, so that there are mountains and water, and children can drive to see me".
