| 1．金属线槽布线 1. Wiring of metal grooves （1）金属线槽布线搬适用于正常环境的室内干燥和不易受机械损伤的场所明敷，但对金属线槽有严重腐蚀的场所不应采用。 (1) The wire groove wiring is suitable for indoor drying in normal environment and open laying in places that are not susceptible to mechanical damage, but it should not be used in places where the metal wire groove is seriously corroded. （2）所有同一回路相线和中性线，应敷设在同一金属线槽。相同的路径线无防干扰的要求，可敷设在同一金属线槽，线槽内电线或电缆的总截面（包括外护层）不应超过线槽内截面的20％，载流导线不宜超过30个。控制，信号线或与之类似，电线或电缆的总截向下应超过线槽内截面的50％，电线或电缆根的小数目。 (2) All phase lines and neutral lines in the same circuit shall be laid in the same metal slot. For the same route without interference, it can be laid in the same metal slot. The total cross-section (including outer sheath) of wires or cables in the slot should not exceed 20% of the inner cross-section of the slot, and the current-carrying wires should not exceed 30. Control, signal line or similar, the total truncation downward of wire or cable should exceed 50% of the cross section in the groove, and the small number of wires or cable roots. （3）金属线槽垂直或倾斜安装，应采取措施防止电线或电缆在线槽内移动。 (3) When the metal slot is installed vertically or obliquely, measures should be taken to prevent the wire or cable from moving in the slot. （4）由金属线槽引出的线路，金属管，可以使用硬质塑料管，半刚性塑料管，金属软管或电缆布线等。电线或电缆在引出部分不得遭受损伤。 (4) Circuits and metal pipes drawn from metal grooves may use rigid plastic pipes, semi-rigid plastic pipes, metal hoses or cable wiring, etc. Wires or cables shall not be damaged in the lead-out part. （5）坏线应平整，不变形，墙面应平整，无毛刺。 (5) Bad lines should be flat, not deformed, and walls should be flat, without burrs. （6）金属线槽应可靠接地或接零，但不作为对接地导体。 (6) Metal grooves shall be reliably grounded or zeroed, but shall not be used as grounding conductors. 2电缆桥架布线 2 Cable Bridge Frame Wiring （1）在室内采用电缆桥架布线时，其电缆不应有黄麻或其他材料容易阻燃外护套。 (1) When cables are cabled indoors, there should be no flammable jacket made of jute or other materials. （2）在用特种电缆桥架布线有腐蚀性或潮湿的地方，应根据腐蚀介质的不同采取相应的防护措施，并宜选用塑料护套电缆。 (2) In corrosive or humid places where special cable tray is used, corresponding protective measures should be taken according to different corrosive media, and plastic sheathed cables should be selected. （3）电缆桥架（托盘）水平安装时的距地高度一般不宜低于2．50m，垂直安装时距地1．80m以下部分应加金属盖板保护，但敷设在电气专用房间（如配电室，电轴，）层内除了当技术。 (3) When the cable tray is installed horizontally, the distance from the ground should not be less than 2.50m. Vertical laying, fixed point spacing should be less than 2 m. （5）几组电缆桥架在同一高度平行安装时，相邻电缆桥架间应考虑维护，大修距离。 (5) When several groups of cable bridges are installed in parallel at the same height, maintenance and overhaul distance should be considered between adjacent cable bridges. （6）在电缆桥架上可以无间距敷设电缆，电缆在桥架内横断面的填充率：电力电缆不应大于40％；控制电缆不应大于50％。 (6) Cables can be laid on the cable bridge without spacing. The filling rate of the cross section of the cable in the bridge frame should not be greater than 40% for power cables and 50% for control cables. （7）下列不同电压，电缆用于不同的目的，不宜敷设在同一层桥架上： (7) The following different voltages, cables for different purposes, should not be laid on the same deck of bridge: （1）lkV以上和1kV以下的电缆。 (1) Cables above lkV and below 1kV. （2）同一路径向一级负荷供电的双路电源电缆。 (2) Two-way power supply cables that supply power to primary load in the same path. （3）应急照明和其他照明的电缆。 (3) Cables for emergency lighting and other lighting. （4）电气和电子电缆。 (4) Electrical and electronic cables. 如果受条件限制必须在同一水平上桥安装的，应用分离的分区。 If the bridge must be installed at the same level due to constraints, separate partitions are applied. （8）电缆桥架与各种管道平行或交叉的，其小净距应符合表DQ4-1的规定。 (8) If the cable bridge is parallel to or intersected with various pipelines, its small net distance shall conform to the provisions of Table DQ4-1. （9）不应该被安装在电缆桥架下面的管道腐蚀和腐蚀性液体气体管道和热力管道的上方，否则，采取防腐蚀，保温措施。 (9) Pipeline corrosion and corrosive liquid gas pipeline and thermal pipeline under cable bridge should not be installed.
